We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised person/couple to fill a hybrid role of building manager/contracted cleaner for a small on-snow chalet for the 2025 Winter Snow Season, with the opportunity for continued, seasonal work.

BUILDING MANAGER

Overview

The Heidi’s Building Manager/s ensures the smooth running of the Heidi’s building for the duration of the Winter ski season, 4th June - 7th October 2025. The role requires approximately 21 working hours a week, which distributed across 7 days is 3 working hours per day.

Ideal Candidate

Single person or couple.
Would have to interact with guests, owners and tradespeople, requiring excellent communication and people skills.
Knowledge of the snow fields is an advantage, but not a requirement.
An ABN for invoicing purposes.

Perquisites (Perks)

On snow accommodation (utilities included).
One, allocated on snow car spot.
A mobile phone dedicated to chalet use only.
Internet, for chalet use only.
Laptop, for chalet use only.

Key Responsibilities

Safety and security.
Meeting and greeting guests.
Organising snow/ice clearing for all building access points.
Cleaning of all building common areas.
Managing the guest register and collection of relevant data per the instructions of Heidi's strata.
Overseeing rubbish collection in line with NSWNP directions.
Managing Heidi’s provided car park and the allocation of car spots per strata instructions.
The shutdown and securing of the building at the close of the ski season.

Salary

Building Manager Salary: $10,000. For the duration of the season paid in monthly instalments at the end of June, July, August and at the completion of the October long weekend.

CONTRACTED CLEANER

Overview

Liaise with owners to schedule and deliver cleans in accordance with Heidi's booking system and cost schedules.

Contract

Estimated contract value for cleaning approximately $30,000.
